College Park Area Bicycle Coalition
Devoted to Bicycle Advocacy, Education, and Safety

Goals
  • Educate people about the joys of bicycling.
  • Inform cyclists about matters of bicycling safety.
  • Raise issues at local, county, and state levels regarding all facets of bicycling.
  • Promote the construction of a network of trails - both on and off road.
  • Encourage people to bicycle.

A major objective of CPABC is to make the University of Maryland and its neighboring towns bicycle friendly so students, staff, and faculty can bicycle to work and school.
